Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to track customer calls. The professional services organization uses the recordings for a more seamless knowledge transfer and gives feedback to our peers and team members. Before Gong, to obtain any information about a conversation with a customer, we needed to rely on meetings and person-two–person knowledge sharing.
