Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong to track customer calls. The professional services organization uses the recordings for a more seamless knowledge transfer and gives feedback to our peers and team members. Before Gong, to obtain any information about a conversation with a customer, we needed to rely on meetings and person-two–person knowledge sharing.

Gong is very intuitive - it requires no training for users to be able to log in to use the core functionalities.
We have not used Gong to a sufficient level of depth to assess the insights functionalities.

Gong has indeed been a game-changer for how our organization does knowledge transfer and feedback. I realize we still don’t use the product's full functionality, but even then, it is incredibly impactful for our business.
