Gong changed the way we conduct coaching at hear.com. Instead of listening to random live calls, we use call recordings to get a holistic view of call quality and one-offs. We also use gong for compliance documentation in calls. Our customer acquisition team uses Gong to get customer insights, like What kind of questions do customers bring up? What competitors get mentioned? Gong takes the guessing game out of phone calls and provides reality.
