Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I am part of a very large sales organization. We have about 80 reps, and we all use Gong to record our sales meetings. The software has been very helpful in training sales reps on various topics. The library function works really well, and finding exactly a training call is required. Another great features are the visual graphing of the dialogue being exchanged. - Library function. Being able to organize sales calls has been vital to the success of our sales team. If we are unsure about a topic, I want to hear the experts on a call about this very topic. It is so easy to find what you need.
- Visually being able to analyze a sales call. This feature really highlights the mechanics of a sales call. You were able to see how much you were talking about versus the customer/prospect.
- Honestly I haven’t found any gaps with Gong yet.
- The sales team I am on is one of about ten sales teams in the company. Our team is number one and Gong has a lot to do with that. We constantly try and get better.
I’m not sure we have used this functionality yet. It will be interesting to see.
