Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I love the way that Gong breaks down what the action items are. It is so helpful to scan the summary and make sure that you set any reminders, complete tasks, and add accurate notes to the account. I also like how it breaks down the talk/listen ratio.

It does what it is meant to do. What more can you ask?
It is definitely impressive at how well Gong works. I would love to see if the AI could identify some of the soft sales skills like tone, confidence, and rapport building.
