We record all customer and prospect calls so our sales team or executives can go back, tweak messaging, improve on our skills, get feedback, take better notes and prepare for next steps and calls, etc.

- transcripts not always very accurate with people or words
- for demos or presentations that naturally take longer, still suggesting shorter talk time
- being able to record and store on other platforms and import to gong
- being able to ramp up quicker hearing more tenured reps talk
- being able to go back and relisten to calls and pick up on things you missed
- getting feedback from management
the insights and analytics are great to review and discuss with the team on closed-won and closed-lost deals to get better and repeat wins
