We record all calls with Gong. We have carefully set up our search terms, AI feeds, and Soft Selling pointers. We have given our sales persons, sales leaders, and E-staff complete visibility through the tool. Without even listening to a call, all the details that a coach or leader needs are right at their fingertips.
