Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong for call coaching. Gong helps me train the CS members of my team using score cards and tracked analytics.

- Metrics for long term tracking
- Measuring specific areas of improvement (for example, "negotiation") for all calls over time
- Greater alignment with organization
- Allow me to review calls with team members so that I can make sure we are hitting our goals
Gong is pretty good at showing specific insights (Longest monologue, patience, engagement with customers). It also allows you to search for specific trackers/keywords used during a call and highlights the portion of those calls where you can find more details.
