Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use Gong for call coaching. Gong helps me train the CS members of my team using score cards and tracked analytics.

  • Greater alignment with organization
  • Allow me to review calls with team members so that I can make sure we are hitting our goals
Gong offers the ability to create scorecards to track specific types of calls (onboarding, business reviews, etc.). It also offers lots of its own metrics, such as Longest Monologue, that can measure if a team member is speaking for too long and not engaging with clients.
Gong is pretty good at showing specific insights (Longest monologue, patience, engagement with customers). It also allows you to search for specific trackers/keywords used during a call and highlights the portion of those calls where you can find more details.
Gong is much more powerful than these tools because they are purely call recorders, whereas Gong is used for call coaching.
