Our whole organization uses Gong. It is a great tool that allows us to better understand what we are doing well and where we need to improve when reaching out to prospects and clients.

  • Locate specific interactions and calls.
  • Two clicks from call to printed transcript.
  • It's an additional page you have to log into.
  • It is very robust, which can be intimidating if you're looking for simple functionality.
  • It helps me with my call structure.
  • I can listen to/collaborate with peers.
  • As a team it is a huge help in understanding what resonates with prospects.
I have always gotten a response quickly and efficiently. The Support staff is focused on helping us achieve full functionality with their platform.

For anyone who is contacting clients and prospects on the phone and wants to improve the quality of these interactions.
If your interaction is mostly face to face or email, it wouldn't be worth using. It really helps you dive deep into your calls and quantify what works and what doesn't.
