Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Whole organization. Mostly adopted by sales and used to review calls with clients/prospects.
  • Transcribes calls.
  • Easy to access past calls and user friendly interface.
  • Good quality recording.
  • May need permission to record calls.
  • Allowed me to listen more and not rely on a bunch of notes.
  • Tracks my ability to run a call.
Have not used any tools like this in the past.
Haven't needed support but get emails about features and updates.

Prospecting and discovery calls. Great way to review and make sure you understand their needs. Can forward to other departments to stress the importance of requested features, pricing, etc.
