Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

I believe it is only being used by our Sales team, and we all have access to listen to everyone's calls. It allows us to listen to each sales call after it's been completed to pick up on any information we may have missed. I personally use it to review the next steps that were discussed at the end of the call. I have 10-15 meetings a week so it can be easy to lose track of that information. Gong solves that problem.
  • Recording each person's talk track.
  • Allows flexibility to move through the call.
  • Search functionality.
  • I like the search functionality, but I would like it if we were able to search for a key word and see the entire dialogue for the next two minutes of the conversation. Not just the sentence or two referencing the key word.
  • Maybe recommendations on other people within the organization to listen to based on the gaps that I'm seeing in my calls.
  • More information and ammo.
  • Better note taking.
  • More effective sales process.
I haven't had to use the support, so I'm not comfortable giving it a 10, but I would imagine the support is great.

I use Gong for every one of my sales calls. Having the ability to look back on each call and understand where I can personally improve has been extremely valuable. The ability to listen to your prospect again is priceless. There's always more information that can be extracted from the conversation and used in the sales cycle, that could've easily been missed on the initial sales call.
