Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong is used in our sales org to track all of our calls with prospects. We use it to analyze trends in data for what is being spoken about but also to jump quickly through recordings to key moments.
  • NLP annotation.
  • Data and analysis of calls.
  • SFDC integration.
  • Helping reps coach themselves with data.
  • Uncover meaningful insights without much digging.
  • Help managers have a very clear overview of their reps.
  • Increased manager productivity.
  • Increased rep productivity.
  • Increase competitive intelligence.
I have not used any other products but people mention Chorus a lot.
They are responsive and timely with our requests.

If you have an inside sales team of over 5 people, Gong will be valuable to you. If you are just getting started, I would not recommend it.
