Overall Satisfaction with

We use to, among other things, record sales calls with prospects or other customers for breakdown and analysis and the overall improvement of the sales team. Recording and reviewing calls allows the sales organization to understand common questions, issues, and gaps in knowledge on both sides of a sales call, which overall increases our call quality and lead quality.
  • Simple directory integration.
  • A large offering of call and sales tool integrations.
  • Ability to integrate with SSO providers. A must-have in today's security climate.
  • It would be nice to have some clearer documentation or even tooltips included in the integrations area. We have experienced issues with dropped connections with little to no explanation (i.e. a VoIP integration unpairing, etc.).
  • I'd like to see more information on what types of data is being passed between connected systems before authorizing the connections.
  • A central place to manage all users and calls makes it easy for our support staff to help out.
  • Call training has been elevated in quality and frequency.
  • All the integrations have made calling really easy and opened up dialogues between our other vendors to set up and maintain support for the tool.
Support is responsive, informed, and enthusiastic. I've never had to wait more than a few hours for assistance through both the initial onboard and continuing on with our relationship. If our account manager does not have the answer, they are always prompt to go and find a resource to join the call or come to the next meeting with answers.

Would you buy Gong again?

Yes is suitable for outbound sales calls, prospect calls, phone skill training, and performance reviews. It is probably not best for non-sales staff, infrequent callers, non-scripted callers, and everyday monitoring. This tool is great for our mid-sized sales organization to make and monitor outbound sales calls and help improve our sales process. It integrates well with our tools and support/onboarding on the part of Going has been very supportive.
