Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Our Sales Team uses it to understand our coaching opportunities, what is effective, what isn't effective, and where we can optimize our processes.
  • Identify topics.
  • Identify balance of who is speaking on a call.
  • Help with follow up tasks.
  • Requires time to dive into the product to extract the valuable coaching details
  • Doesn't have the same lens we would look through so some accounts have asterisks to the intel.
  • People are more effective since they can analyze how they execute.
  • We are identifying missed opportunities if we aren't talking business frequently enough.
I haven't found a product that comes close to providing the insight and ease of use that Gong does.
I have never had an issue with Gong so the fact that I do not need support is delightful.
