We use Gong to record all calls with prospects, customers, and employees so that we can review and listen to these conversations after the call. We also use this tool for taking notes and giving each other feedback here within the company. The main business problem it solves is being able to go back and find information that happened in a call.

- Sometimes the recording robot comes in at inopportune times.
- It is difficult to adjust settings.
