Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

We use Gong to record all calls with prospects, customers, and employees so that we can review and listen to these conversations after the call. We also use this tool for taking notes and giving each other feedback here within the company. The main business problem it solves is being able to go back and find information that happened in a call.

  • Easy to use.
  • Modern, updated appeal.
  • Sometimes the recording robot comes in at inopportune times.
  • It is difficult to adjust settings.
  • It is hard to create folders.
  • More accurate conversations with customers.
  • No negative ROI.
  • Employees are careful with what they say in calls knowing they are recorded.

It is great if you are recording sales calls or need to provide feedback for employees. It is not appropriate for people who are not in sales and don't need to go back into the account to listen to calls. I would overall recommend Gong.io to all people in sales as it is very useful.
