Overall Satisfaction with

We record all of our customer calls with permission. We use the tool in many different ways. One of the best uses is for new hires. As a new hire, I was able to log in and listen to my peers call and learn from the best. I've also been able to use the tool to better my performance. My manager and team can listen back to calls and let me know where I can improve.

I believe Gong is a great tool for all business sizes and industries. It's a tool where everything is recorded, but also capable to better yourself.
