Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong.io has been used by the sales team here, and is being used for coaching purposes. It helps us identify trends in our talk tracks, and how we can improve our process going forward. Also, it's been paramount in helping with follow-up with prospects, and the deal verification process.

  • Improve questions.
  • Next steps outlined.
  • Sharing recordings.

Cons

  • More accurate transcriptions.
  • Listening to calls being recorded - the lag is pretty significant.
  • Different talk ratio recommendations based on the type of call (demo vs disco).
  • Better calls.
  • Self improvement.
  • More actionable insights.
