Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Currently, we use Gong across most of the organization. Mainly within our sales and implementation team for call reviews, sending prospects demos, and also to record training sessions/webinars for prospects and clients. The rest of the company will use to get an idea of our calls and interactions with customers and learn more about our product from real demos.
  • Integrations with Zoom, Salesforce, Mobile, and more.
  • Detailed AI feedback.
  • Easy to use and learn (really no learning curve).
  • Recorded for Zoom will not always catch the call if you move the time.
  • Transcript is not always accurate.
  • Improve sales PD.
  • Improve customer acquisition due to the ability to gain context from all interactions.
  • Reduce sales cycle time because you can send the calls to prospects for them to share versus doing multiple repetitive meetings/demos.

Gong.io is great as a reference point to go back to calls and demos when you have a long sales cycle with a prospect.
