Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
We use Gong as a tool for our in-house Sales Team by using the technology to identify the weaknesses and strengths of our Team Members. We use the coaching feature heavily. We have found that allowing all users to listen to and comment on the calls they listen to has created a culture of accepting critique and helping each other.
- A platform for critiquing calls.
- Being able to drill down the searches to get to the calls that I want.
- The AI picking up the different segments of calls.
- Trackers!
- The transcription misses the mark too regularly.
- I have regular issues with system picking up new team members.
