We use Gong to track and coach reps' conversations and use Data to help us make informed decisions in our sales group.
- Call recordings are clear and easy to track.
- Transcriptions.
- Data in Gong is spread out, I'd like one simple place to track my team's progress.
- Pro: Better transitions when handing off deals or accounts.
- Con: Reps feel as though they are being watched by big brother all the time.
