Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

I have used Gong at 3 different companies. Gong allows my calls to be auto recorded and transcribed so I can go to them later and get an understanding of the call and the main topics covered. Additionally Gong monitors things like how long I talk, do I speak over someone, what is my average call duration, etc. All of this is helpful when comparing myself to other successful reps.
  • Gong remembers my calls for me when my notes aren't always complete.
  • Gong allows me to search through a call so I can find out exactly what the prospect said when discussing pricing.
  • Gong gives me stats that I can then take action on to perform better in a call/demo.
  • Gong allows all my colleagues to also listen to me, which is great for feedback but not every call is great.
  • Higher deal size.
  • Better deal velocity (I don't miss or skip things I used to).
  • Better insight into how I deliver a demo, I used to talk wayyyyy too much.
I've used other call recording tools, but never one as in depth as Gong. I've never had one that also ranked me against the other reps on my team and showed me where I was excellent and where I needed improvement.
I've only ever had a great experience with Gong the one time I needed support. There are no glitches, I've never had an issue with a call not being logged for me. Gong also provides great info on their blog and in the app that I always find useful with what I'm working on.

Gong makes me a better sales rep. Many times I'll listen to a previous call right before I have my next call with a prospect. I don't have to listen to the whole call, I can listen to it on a faster speed or jump right to the important parts. I've noticed my prospects reacting really positive to me that I have such a great "memory." (My memory is terrible!)
