Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong is used primarily by our GTM organization, but has several active users from Product, as well. We use Gong to improve sales coaching and to better understand our customers.
  • Comments. Threading conversations in Gong is super easy and allows for discussion to be easily attached to relevant moments in a call.
  • Listening. The mobile app is a great way to listen to more calls. It’s basically replaced podcasts as my preferred audio app.
  • Mobile app has some hiccups. If you are listening with your phone locked, but want to leave a comment, the audio and/or time stamp often skip when opening the app. Makes it hard to leave the comment at the right spot.
I haven’t need support, so don’t have a rating to provide.
