Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
In my company, [Gong.io] is being used across the different teams in the sales domain starting from SDRs, BDRs, AEs, SEs, RSMs, Marketing, etc.
The problem we trying to solve with [Gong.io] is to streamline the process of call monitoring, coaching, feedback to improve our customer conversations. But more importantly to gain insights from those conversation analyses, understand the patterns, and course-correct accordingly for the betterment[.]

Cons
- More apps to integrate with for example we had to switch from Freshcaller to outreach to use gong.
- There appears to be a 4-5 hrs lag for calls from outreach to reflect on [Gong.io]. Real time would help for user adoption
- Coaching and feedback
- Call scoring and comments
- Transcript analysis
- Don't have visibility into the ROI numbers but on a qualitative level there has been a lot of positive impact on the kind of conversation we are having now.
