Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
[Gong.io] is being used by our entire sales team to track emails and review calls. Having the ability to speed up calls, search by keyword, and also review emails all in one place makes it the go-to spot for everything related to a deal. It makes it easy to provide coaching for newer members of the sales team to get them ramped faster.
- Transcribing Calls - Makes it easy to search for keywords.
- Reviewing Emails - Syncing to show all emails grouped by prospect in a user friendly format.
- Showing Speakers in Calls - Makes it easy to jump around calls to only listen to key parts.
- Attachments don't show in the emails that are captured.
- Not all emails are always synced into Gong.
- Standard users should have the ability to request a call for deletion by an admin within the app.
- Automatic call recording.
- Automatic call transcription.
- Email tracking.
- Helped speed up the ramp period.
- Helped provide coaching opportunities.
- Helped clean up email communications since anyone can see via [Gong.io].

Briefly used Zoom's internal call recording. Was very basic and rudimentary by comparison. None of the advanced features [Gong.io] offers to the point where it is actually frustrating reviewing calls outside of [Gong.io] at this point. Going forward I think I would find myself coming back to [Gong.io] any time I need to review calls.
