We use across the sales organization both for new business and account/success management.
  • It captures and transcribes my calls automatically
  • It compiles statistics about my calls and suggests where I can improve (asking more questions, talk less and let the customer speak more)
  • It is easy to share the call or cut it and only share a snippet of a call internally and with customers if needed
  • Navigation to specific calls is sometimes confusing
  • Transcription is not always accurate
  • Very sales-focused recommendations, no way to distinguish between a sales call and, say, training
  • Automatic call logging
  • Collaborative way of reviewing and commenting on old calls

I am really enjoying using It works great for coaching, both by management and peers. My teammates and I are using the feedback functionality often and offer suggestions for improvement on calls we had together.
I would say that some of their automated suggestions are too generic and geared towards pre-sales. Because I am running a lot of implementation and training calls, too,'s suggestions for improvement are sometimes not as helpful.
