Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
We use Gong.io across our customer facing team to help with coaching, sharing information from calls, and as a note taking/reference tool.
- Ability to create "smart alerts", I have one for my name so if I am referenced on a call for a customer I can hear their feedback directly, very helpful
- Easy interface and iOS app
- Easy to flag calls for later and ask for feedback or share snippets
- I wish there was a google calendar integration, it's hard to find calls quickly to relisten to
- Automatic call recording/sharing
- It's made it easier to track feedback and share across teams
- It's helped resolve customer issues faster by escalating
Gong.io is smoother and has more features, but for the basic functionality, they are pretty similar.
