Overall Satisfaction with

Our sales and CSM team use gong to record our demos and sales calls for note-taking and developing skills. It helps us to analyze how we are doing and make improvements based on the information provided through
  • Customer services is speedy and efficient
  • A useful tool for sales team which I know rely heavily on for follow-ups and throughout the sales cycle
  • Providing additional content that's relevant to me as a salesperson
  • I find the sound quality isn't always great
  • Being able to score team members calls directly (which we do each week)
  • Ability to share recordings with prospects for other team members who couldnt join the calls
  • Analytics like the amount that the AE speaks vs the prospect
  • Improvements in hosting demos
  • Visibility into how other AE's are hosting their calls - Great learning tool

I think it has allowed us to improve on our calls, and also helps a lot as training materials for new sales team members
