Our sales and CSM team use gong to record our demos and sales calls for note-taking and developing skills. It helps us to analyze how we are doing and make improvements based on the information provided through Gong.io
- Customer services is speedy and efficient
- A useful tool for sales team which I know rely heavily on for follow-ups and throughout the sales cycle
- Providing additional content that's relevant to me as a salesperson
- I find the sound quality isn't always great
- Being able to score team members calls directly (which we do each week)
- Ability to share recordings with prospects for other team members who couldnt join the calls
- Analytics like the amount that the AE speaks vs the prospect
- Improvements in hosting demos
- Visibility into how other AE's are hosting their calls - Great learning tool
