We use Gong for sales intelligence/ tracking purposes. It provides visibility across our global team, accountability, the ability to have robust searching, and great feedback/ coaching.

- Sometimes, it's unclear why calls don't show up.
- Call recordings
- Call Analytics
- Ability to listen and learn
- I love how you can go to moments in calls like "follow-up items, screen share time, etc."
- Being able to clip the link quickly is helpful for sending the demo to prospects.
- I love being able to do a global search to find my calls.
