Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
I use it as a note-taking asset and to review how my colleagues and I talk to clients and prospects. It also helps to listen to other calls to help identify more use cases from prospects and customers.
- Abilility to fast forward
- The clarity is better than my actual phone.
- It's easy to locate calls based on people, company, date, and stage.
- The transcripts are hard to understand sometimes.
- Ability to rewind and ffwd within a section of a speaker
- A weekly overview of time on the lines, like a one view high level view
- Ability to listen to others' call
- Having the recordings fast
- The clarity, it's easier for me to listen to a playback than the actual call.
- I have been able to follow up and keep track to get meetings.
- I have been able to understand where I could improve.
- I see more clearly sometimes after taking a step back from the call when the nerves are lower and I can understand the tone and what the prospect is ACTUALLY communicating.
I have not used anything other than the recordings in sales loft, which is not as easy to listen and view.
