Overall Satisfaction with allows me to go back and listen to my calls. It also has a transcript of the call that I can search through to find exact words I am looking for from our conversation. It also breaks down the calls for me to help me know areas I can improve on. sends me reminders on what I told the customer I would follow up with them on. This is helpful when sending my follow up emails.
  • Talk ratios - I can see my talk ratio vs. the customers - this way I know if I am talking too little or too much on my calls
  • Reminders on what to follow up with my customer on so I can easily send my follow up emails after my calls
  • It is easy to use and navigate. I didn't need any training in order to use
  • There are no areas that come to mind for improvement.

  • Shows me ways I can improve on my call in order to bring in more revenue for the company
  • I have improved my discovery process on my sales calls which has increased the revenue I bring in.
  • I had a high talk ratio compared to the customers I was working with. I now ask more questions and get to learn more about the customers on my calls. This has allowed me to increase my average deal size.

Yes is perfect for sales organizations. It allows the employees and upper management to easily review calls. does a lot of the work in breaking down calls for you - so you can easily pull up a call to see areas that could use improvement. This is great to train employees on ways to bring in more revenue.
