Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
Today we use Gong.io in our sales organization to track deals and all the activities related to it. It integrates well with HubSpot. Gong.io became a key focus for our deal review calls. We get to see all the related activities with it as well as due dates. The email reminders are also a bonus because they let you know what's at risk which is something we don't get with HubSpot.

On a daily basis, our team will look at our scheduled demos and contracts sent deals to see what is important. The deals that we are focusing on are filtered by the close date. We can see the related activity and get a good idea of whether or not someone is more qualified to buy, if they are falling off or have been ghosting our team. Gong.io keeps us moving forward on deals that are important and not clogging the funnel.
