While is primarily marketed as a sales tool, many of us in my organization use it as a learning tool. makes it so easy to share valuable snippets from discovery calls, interviews, and user tests. You can search for specific information in calls made by others across your organization. The transcription, search, and library functions are all very high quality and easy to use. Also, it's very helpful to be able to schedule a recording when I set up a call and not rely on clicking record on the day of.

I can record things in Zoom. I can share from Zoom. Zoom has transcriptions. But none of it works nearly as well as it does in Sharing a video, I kind of cringe when I get a recording of a call in Zoom - the user experience just isn't half as pleasant as it is in Plus, the ability to annotate a video and share notes with my team is great.

I recommend all the time. Its transcription is high quality, makes it easy to share, easy to annotate and communicate ideas to my team, easy to find things after, and easy to organize my recordings.
