At GoCanvas we use Gong.io on both pre- and post- sale teams to record conversations and gain insights. As a Manager I'm able to quickly assess success metrics such as Interactivity and Longest Customer Story across my whole team. By listening to calls I'm also able to identify coaching opportunities and skill up our reps to focus on delivering value in their conversations, which leads to additional sales opportunities.

Gong.io allows me to review calls with ease, listening for key buying signals and coaching my reps on their talk tracks. By transcribing the calls Gong enables me to search across any calls made by my team for these signals and offer feedback to the team as a whole on how the metrics look, calling out successes and coaching through opportunities for improvement.
