Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

I use Gong.io to review my sales calls. It helps identify key topics and sends reminders to follow up on tasks. I can see the duration of my call and who it was with. My manager can review my calls so I can become a better salesperson.
  • Ease of use.
  • I can fast forward or rewind easily.
  • I can see who is talking and who is listening (a feature Salesloft doesn't have).
  • It would be nice if it integrated directly into Salesloft - I default to using theirs since I am already in their application.
  • I am not a decision maker so this question does not apply to me.
It's very easy to use and search for your calls. All you have to do is look up your name and start digging into the calls you have made recently or anywhere in the timeline.
Gong.io has given me actionable insights. It reminds me to do certain tasks which is great in case I didn't make a note to already to do so.
We use both. They are very similar but Gong.io goes into far more details analyzing the calls and giving reminders. You can see who is actually talking and move around in the conversation a bit easier than in Salesloft.

If I were managing a team, Gong.io would be very useful for the sales team. I think it's ideal for ADRs like myself and even more ideal for account reps who are trying to close deals and reanalyze calls.
