I am in a sales role, so I use to record my calls and use the recordings both to refresh my memory and for coaching opportunities. This has allowed me to focus more on the conversation at hand instead of contemporaneous note-taking and for my colleagues/management to use as coaching opportunities.

It is very straightforward and user-friendly. I just started in my new role a few months ago and have just started using for the first time. It is very easy to learn. In a matter of minutes, I learned the key functionalities and where to find what I needed. has definitely provided some valuable and actionable insights. As an example, my role as a salesman requires me to be a good listener and mindful of how much time I spend talking as compared to the person on the other end of the line. provides a percentage breakdown, so I get some instant feedback as to whether I should maybe be doing more listening.
I was not in charge of selecting for my company; it was already in place when I joined. However, I would have chosen it knowing what I know now, given that my only other experience with a comparable software was an internal system in place at my last job that was outdated.

In the context of my role, it is well suited to virtually every aspect of my role, with the exception of email communication. It's important to be able to listen to what other colleagues or a prospect have said on prior calls and use the recordings to glean reliable information and improve my sales skills.
