Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Basically, the service and business meetings are recorded in Gong.io in order to leave a record of the activities carried out with the clients. And of course, have that ease of having the salient points of the meeting at hand, so these records are kept in an organized. Through relevance groups, in the same way, the tool allows you to take metrics and statistics that can be very helpful.

  • Transcripts.
  • Organizing records.
  • Improvement in communication skills.
  • Can add a suggestion box regarding the transcript.
  • I'm really a user and probably do not have that kind of information
Pretty easy to use and does not need a complex environment to begin working.
I'm not part of the sales team, but the reminders to follow up with actions items from customer meetings improve our relationship with the customer in the service department.

Any organization that wants to improve the way business is done can use Gong.io. It is an extremely useful and necessary tool in day-to-day business and also for customer service, from a small company with real spirits of improving their business workflow to large companies that want to have metrics and consolidate them in an environment of Data intelligence. I do not see in which scenario the tool could not be useful.
