Overall Satisfaction with Goodworld

We use Goodworld to create custom campaigns to benefit nonprofits we feature in our "Force For Good" series. We use their donation links and Text To Donate features during our programs and on follow-up campaigns. They make it so easy for us to help others!

  • Fast Customer Service responses
  • Would like to send campaigns out directly rather than through Mail Chimp or Constant Contact or other mass email platforms
  • Text to Donate
  • Customized Campaigns
  • Gift Card Creation
  • Positive- saves me so much time and increases donations by making it easy for donors
Givelively had less functionality, and Mobile Cause seemed harder to navigate and more expensive but both seem fine

I create campaigns for multiple nonprofits, and they make it so easy to set up and manage campaigns and track donations. It would be good if they had the ability to support non-US nonprofits, currently, I think you need a US fiscal sponsor for it to work. But it is amazing for USA nonprofits!
