Overall Satisfaction with Google Ads (formerly AdWords)
We are using Google Ads [(formerly AdWords)] as a digital advertising engine. It allows us to create, manage, analyze, and edit advertisements on Google. It is mostly used across the entire organization and across many different teams.

- UI is sluggish and buggy at times
- Optimization/recommendation tool has to be continuously monitored and recommendations have to be dismissed multiple times
- Google has started limiting search query report tool and hiding low traffic search terms

Google is easier to use and has more features. Google also has much more traffic than Microsoft/Bing, so research and performance is usually better with Google, however this may vary.
