Overall Satisfaction with Google Analytics

Google Analytics is used by me and the marketing team to track, identify and analyze the traffic and results of our Facebooks Ads on our website. It retrieves perfectly all the data and information that we need in order to improve our strategy and see when, how, and where the users are on our website.
  • Tracking in detail the traffic on the website.
  • The new interface is easy to sort out and the dashboard has all the main points that you need.
  • There is not need for an extensive introduction or course, easy to set up and start with it.
  • At least in my region, It can't retrieve specific information of the areas (from where city specifically are the traffic coming) It can be an issue when it groups multiple main cities.
  • The mobile interface is almost non existent.
  • Real time report
  • Users per hour per day
  • Devices access
  • We can understand more about our target in order to improve our strategy
  • We can contrast the data from Facebook Ads and obtain more accurate information.
I haven't tried anything else besides Google Analytics.

Google Analytics is a great tool, however, you need to be consistent in it and detailed in order to get the results that you require. It is a MUST for any type of business. Can be tricky with regions (especially South America), the lack of detail of the cities/areas can be a pain sometimes.
