Google Charts is easy and fantastic to use. For amateurs, there are a lot of tools and it is very easy to get overwhelmed. But users start to learn and get the hang of it in no time. Integrates with other Google apps very well and doesn't burn a hole in the pocket.

Although we never did require support from the Team, there are a lot of tutorials and walkthroughs that are essentially very helpful.

Google Charts is extremely well suited for what it is described. It aids graphical representation of data very efficiently, and that is our main reason to use it. We have tons of data coming from hundreds of sources, and we need to organize it and Google Charts provides the right tools to do so without expending much time on it.
