Overall Satisfaction with Google Charts

Google Charts is being used on a team by team basis here where I work. It was selected because Google integration is very straight forward and comprehensive. The business problem that it addresses is creating easy to use and easy to read charts for different data sets during internal presentations.
  • Timelines
  • Data tables and charts that are highly customizable
  • Integration with Google Sheets
  • Some companies require Microsoft applications vs Google
  • No desktop application, browser only
  • Increased efficiency for creating presentation slides
  • Greater ease of understanding for reading different types of charts
  • Increased audience understanding of data trends
I also would like to add Chart.js to the list, although it was not a searchable option. Google Charts is hard to beat, considering how effective it is, and that there's no need for an enterprise subscription. It's got basically any sort of chart or timeline or trend tracker you could need, and basically all of it is customizable.

Would you buy Google Charts again?

Yes

Google Charts is about as easy to use as the rest of their applications. The UI is very well thought out, allowing you to add what you need, and customize it to your exact liking. The default theme is actually really nice, which helps as most of the time, customizing is not needed.
I'd give it a 10, but I've never had the need to reach customer support for Google Charts. If their customer service for this application is as good as the rest of their applications, it should be perfectly fine. This application is reliable and easy to use enough that I would not expect to need to reach out to customer service really at any point.
Google Charts is perfectly suited for most presentations that are data oriented. There's not much of a limit on the type of table or chart you can create, and being able to integrate with Google Sheets just makes things even easier if you've already got the data stored somewhere. It works well on desktop browsers, Iphones, and Android phones. The only drawback I've been able to find is for those that prefer to have a desktop application.
