Overall Satisfaction with Google Chat
We use Google Chat in our day to day life for communicating personal as well as professional use. It is quite a fast way to interact with someone outside Google mail. It is also good for sharing attachments like pdf, jpg and video etc. It comes in the bundle of Google apps like gmail, drive, meet etc.
- Easy to use interface
- Fast connectivity and portability to use from phone, tab etc.
- Quick way to share files like pdf jpg, videos etc.
- Low bandwidth is required
- Popup message can be sometimes distracting while doing work
- Sometimes when message fails, I am not able to find out whether it is due to app or internet
- There is a limit to the character that you can send
- Positive impact as easy way to connect among different employees
- Economical as free of cost
