Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
Google Drive is the medium used by the production company I administer for. As a traveling entity, everyone needs to have access to the scripts, stage instructions, pictures, and itineraries. I create the documents in Google's Sheets and/or Docs and share the links. The 'company' need only log into the company's account and have access to any piece of material or document needed. It's been a lifesaver when understudies had to hop quick flights to make a performance.
I recommend anyone who has employees sign up. No matter the location, you can be certain the right information can be accessed at any given time.

- Folders are easily created and managed. Different types of documents? Simply create folders to correspond to the types of documents or files you want to save. I organize by the names of the plays I type up and then use subfolders to organize by the cast.
- The syncing is incredible! Whether you're on a tablet, mobile, or PC, you have access to the newest files added or changed from anywhere almost instantly. Once it syncs, it's accessible by everyone authorized to access it.
- Deleted something and find you need it again? No worries! Google Drive has a feature that allows you to go back and retrieve deleted files. They are permanently removed right away - and that's a good thing!
- It would be nice if you could color code folders.
