Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

We use Google Drive to save the business documents. It helps us to share the documents securely with authorized users only. Also, we can preview a few files such as pdf and images within Google Drive only. It also helps keep the versions of different files whenever we upload the same file.

  • Securing hard drives of important documents was difficult, now this problem is solved by drive.
  • Sharing the files over email was causing problems hence read-only sharing was used to protect the documents and share them as well.
We used Google Drive from the start. As Google Drive satisfies all my needs, we didn't shift to other products.

It's very user-friendly, users can quickly learn to share, and save their documents. Also one can manage their documents as they manage them on their hard drives. Add or remove the shared users easily, also uploading and deletion of files are easy. It has a trash facility where it can store the deleted items like recycle bin on the computer.
