Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

Google Drive was used to manage projects with freelancers who may not have access to internal communication at the time. It also allowed different international teams to easily share documents with other global teams and with clients in a secure manner. It is global footprint made it easy to adopt across teams, rather than get a paid management tool.
  • Allow collaboration across teams, clients and freelancers.
  • Easy to use across different systems (Mac versus PC).
  • Easy to use
  • Some functionalities on excel are still not present in the web version and it is really problematic. It is hard to use and at times we are forced to download the file, work offline and then upload again.
  • Better way to organize files
  • Collaboration
  • Ease of use
  • It is free thus it saved a lot of money.
  • Save time to train people on other tools less known.
All paid project management tools are great but you need to invest both in time, resources, and money. Google Drive is well known enough, free, and does not require much training.
