Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Google Forms is being used by us to create questionnaires and polls. It is extremely easy to create a "form" and send a link via email. The recipient [then] simply answers the questions (fills out the form) and submits. The author receives the answers, [which] could be anonymous, and all kind[s] of stats.

Usability

It is very easy to use. It has a very intuitive interface, both, for the creator and for the user. It returns clear stats in a very organized manner. I [have] a very nice assortment of templates to make things even easier. In short, it does what I would expect it to do. I didn't give it 10 points for the simple reason that I didn't use any other similar product to compare to in order to give a proper rating

Support Rating

To be honest, I never needed to use any support since the use is so totally intuitive. I have given the rating based on my overall experience with Google support. When I look for something I have to browse the knowledge base, which will usually yield an answer, but sometimes it requires you to search really hard, and when you can't find the answer it is not easy to receive real [life] support.

I think that Google Forms is very useful to submit a questionnaire to a group of people. This could be co-workers, friends or family, or any other group of people you can think of. It can also be used to receive feedback on a trip, program, software, or anything really. You can also use it as a way of inviting people to an event and receiving an RSVP
