Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
We've only used Google Forms for internal responses because it's too limited in the design options for it to be a client or customer-facing tool. I appreciate the types of questions you can add, but overall it would feel like a cheap solution if we tried to include it in a paid client project.
- It's free
- Types of questions
- Speed of creating a form
- Not enough options to customize design or fonts.
- Too obvious that it's a Google Form, so it doesn't appear seamlessly with another branding.
- Doesn't appear polished enough to be part of a paid project.
- We haven't used Google Forms in a way that would effect our ROI.
The only thing I really like about Google Forms is that it's free. So for an individual wanting to create a quiz or poll for people, it's great. However, for a company wanting to appear professional, I'd use Pardot forms every time. I can fully create and adjust the CSS for their layout templates so that they are seamlessly applied online with our (or clients') branding.
