We use Google Hangouts (Classic) across the entire company for training sessions, lunch and learns, general meetings, and pop-up meetings. This solves so many business problems for us across the entire organization, from client sessions to internal sessions to general hangouts.

Since we use Google Suite, Google Hangouts (Classic) was the obvious choice. The ease of use and access to employees makes Google Hangouts (Classic) simple to use and access. Additionally, adding users to an existing Hangout is easy. Google Hangouts (Classic) also doesn't require a separate software download since it's already part of the Google Suite.
