Overall Satisfaction with Google Hangouts Meet

We use Google Meet for our weekly meetings with the team. Majority of meetings are one-on-one. At some cases whole team is at meeting (4-5 people). For the most time we use for audio and video discussions. Some time we also use screen-share options. Using Google Hangouts meet is very easy to use and it allows our team to connect even thou if we don't work together in the same office.

All key features are working similar accept an option to record sessions. This is one of our top priority. At the moment we are using Cisco Webex besides Google hangout meets that we us for our online lectures. We might be open to use Google Meet if this option would be available.
Never needed support from them. The product is so great that everything is very clear from the day one.
We are using it for 4-5 years now. We had many team members, partners, customers using in during this process and we never had any bigger issues with Google Hangouts Meet. We still use it today and we plan to keep on using it. It has great UX. Also people with less technical knowledge got use to it.

It is a great tool for meetings with team mates and our partners. It is very easy to use and very reliable I held sales meetings thru Google Hangouts Meet and 99% of the time it worked perfectly. What we are missing is an option to record meeting so people who could not attend a meeting could view the recordings. This would be a great feature for us.
