Overall Satisfaction with Google Hangouts Meet

Google meets is our firm's primary meetings tool. We use it at least once every three days. Google Hangouts Meet has the best audio quality even there if there are more than 10 participants in a meeting/call. We were using Hangouts call before, and we also have our own meetings tool developed in house.

Our firm's requirements matches the features and plans of Google Hangouts Meet. In fact, Zoom has more capability but we are a small team so Google Meet is our best option. We still use Zoom for webinars where there will be around 100 attendees and 2/3 speakers. For the day to day communication, we use Google Meet.

I haven't found any difficulty in creating meetings, attending meeting etc. What we want to achieve is efficient communication and it does the job perfectly well. But, when the network gets slow the story changes, the audio gets cut and becomes glitchy that's the only major issue I have in my mind right now.

Google Hangouts Meet Support

I have never been in a situation to approach the support team of Google Meet so that's a great plus for the app! I think its funny because I have given 10/10 rating without even knowing there is an active support team for Google Meet.

Using Google Hangouts Meet

It hasn't failed a single time from the first use to date in any meetings. I have used the audio call, video call, screen sharing without any issues. The one problem I noticed is that when we do screen share in my iPhone, the phone heats rapidly. overall performance is great!
