Overall Satisfaction with Google Meet
Google Meet is used by our entire organization as our tool of choice for online meetings. It gives us an easy-to-use way of conducting our meetings with internal and external counterparts. We all use Gmail so it is easy to include in our meeting invites and options to record and present are easy to use!
- Screen sharing and presenting in one click and you can select specific windows or the entire screen
- Record functionality is simple and the delivery straight to your email is great with Drive storage as well.
- Chat also helps share links if needed.
- I always find the need to share a file during the call and not being able to do that via the chat is a miss I feel.
- Standardized meeting method keeps everyone on the same page, with no extra subscriptions for others.
They all have their strong suits and seem simple to use. Google seems to be the most widely used out of our contacts and keeps us all connected easily. Our company has also deemed Google to be the most secure out of the choices so we use it as our primary way to connect.
